Save on Wasted Follow Ups

We know how frustrating it can be sending out information
to people and then it all goes quiet...

Did they receive it? How quickly did it arrive? Did they look
at it? Did they look at it more than once? What would be a
good time to give them a follow up call?

You might decide there's nothing to lose so you give them
a follow up call. What would be a good time to call? Will they
know what it's about? How can you catch them at a good
moment or do you stumble through a conversation that your
customer really does not want because their thoughts are
on something else?


Send it by post and the answer to most of these is 'I don't know'.
